A Discord server had grown for years with no plan. Channels got added whenever, roles had overlapping permissions, and a small staff team was doing all the moderation by hand and falling behind.
We rebuilt it. Channels and categories laid out around how the community talks, roles redone with clean permissions, and a custom bot for moderation logs, automatic warnings and a ticket system that keeps the whole conversation in one place instead of scattered across DMs.
Staff stopped chasing problems by hand. The bot shows them what needs attention, and they didn't need more staff to do it.
