We want rustix.xyz to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive tools. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and follow the spirit of Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
Pages use real headings, landmarks and labelled links. Everything can be reached with a keyboard and shows a visible focus outline. Text meets contrast guidelines and reflows when zoomed. Animations switch off when your device asks for reduced motion. Icons that are only decoration are hidden from screen readers.
Some portfolio screenshots show client work as images; the important details are also written out in the text beside them. If you find something we've missed, we want to know.
Accessibility is part of how we build for clients too. Sites and dashboards we deliver are built to the same WCAG 2.1 AA target unless a project agrees otherwise.
If anything on this site doesn't work for you, or you need information in another format, email [email protected]. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll reply within two business days.
